‘Snake Venom’ hits Iranian home market

‘Snake Venom’ enters Iran’s home market of entertainment.

‘Snake Venom’ has entered the domestic home market of entertainment in Iran this week.

Directed by Seyyed-Javad Razavian, the film is about a notary public, Haj Heshmat, who has recently moved to Tehran.

Living a life of virtue, Haj Heshmat is a candidate for City Council elections and dreams to make a bridge which connects honesty, politics and humanity.

But an old classmate who holds an old grudge on him shows up.

The classmate won’t rest until taking revenge and this is the beginning of a bitter game; bitter as snake venom.

Shabnam Moqaddami, Borzou Arjmand, Siamak Ansari, Shaqayeq Farahani, Nasim Adabi and Reza Rouygari are the stars that have appeared in the social comedy.
